Our orders generally ship within 14 days, however there it is likely for them to ship earlier. All orders will ship using FedEx.
Returns
Our Promise: If our poker chips don’t blow you away, then we’ll take them back no questions asked.Our goal is to provide the world with the finest quality custom poker chips.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.
To return your items:
- Contact returns@thechiplab.com to receive a Return Product Number (RPN). Please specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
- Write the RPN number on the packing slip and include the slip with your item to return.
