LoungePress acquires TheChipLab.com
Premier provider of on-demand applications for custom printing to expand scope, vision of custom poker chip company
PORTLAND, OR - 17-July-2007 09:25 AM - LoungePress (http://www.loungepress.com) - a premier provider of on-demand applications for designing and printing custom items - announced today the acquisition of TheChipLab.com (http://www.thechiplab.com) - an online retailer offering an innovative, flash-based tool for designing customized poker chips. The acquisition will strengthen LoungePress's position in the customized printing marketplace through the integration of TheChipLab.com's design tool into the company's ME08 application suite.
"The technology driving TheChipLab.com can be applied to a number of different industries beyond custom poker chips," commented Dale Stickney, CEO of LoungePress. Through the terms of the acquisition, Stickney will be brought on as TheChipLab.com's new CEO, with support from LoungePress's management team for marketing and business development.
